Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and many international destinations. Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and no more than 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM China Standard Time, or on weekends or public holidays, may begin processing on the next business day.

3. Warehouse Information

We ship from multiple fulfillment locations. Your order's shipping origin and estimated delivery time are confirmed at checkout. Most US orders are fulfilled from a US-based logistics partner where stock is available; otherwise items ship directly from our China facility, and we'll notify you of the expected transit time.

4. United States Shipping (from US Warehouse)

For orders shipped from our US warehouse, we offer two options:

 

Note: The above delivery estimates apply only to orders shipped from the US warehouse. If the order is shipped from China, total delivery time will increase by approximately 9 business days, and we will notify you in advance.

Remote areas: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas, US territories, and other locations may have different availability, costs, and delivery times, which will be displayed at checkout.

5. International Shipping (Outside the US)

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

For destinations outside the contiguous United States, orders are usually shipped from our China warehouse.

International Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free international shipping on orders that meet the minimum subtotal threshold for your region. Estimated delivery times are listed in calendar days:

 

Please note:

• The free shipping threshold applies to the subtotal of your order, after discounts and before taxes.

• Free international shipping covers standard shipping only and does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

• If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, the exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Duties and Taxes for International Orders

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for international orders whenever possible. This means applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are included in the total amount shown at checkout.

The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay to DRIVE UP Golf Cart. When DDP is available, you will not be charged additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

If DDP is not available for your destination or if customs requirements change before shipment, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to continue with updated shipping terms or cancel the order for a full refund.

7. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
